About Packing Slip Generator

Create a price-free list of what is inside a shipment. A packing slip helps the recipient match the physical contents to an order without exposing unit prices, tax or order value. This version prints descriptions and quantities only; it does not print monetary columns or totals. Put the shipping address in Ship To and the order number in Reference. Each slip should describe the package being sent, not automatically repeat every item ordered. That distinction matters for partial deliveries, backorders and multi-box shipments. The PDF is generated in your browser, including any optional PNG or JPEG logo, and downloaded locally. It is a contents record, not an invoice, receipt, customs declaration or proof of delivery.

Using Packing Slip Generator

Fill From with the sender and Ship To with the receiving name and address. Check the destination against the shipment label; this generator does not validate addresses.
Add descriptions that let someone identify the items, such as a product code, size or colour, and enter the quantity in this package.
Use Reference for the original order. A custom field such as Box can say 1 of 2; use Notes for backordered items or handling details without including confidential pricing.
Download and compare the descriptions and quantities with the packed goods. Prices, amounts, tax and financial totals are omitted from both this form and the packing-slip PDF.

Where packing slip generator helps

One order in two boxes

An order has 6 mugs and 2 trays. If box 1 holds the mugs, its slip lists 6 mugs and a Box custom field of 1 of 2. Box 2 lists the trays. Both slips carry the same order reference but different package identifiers.

A shipment with a backorder

If 10 units were ordered and 7 are packed, list quantity 7. Notes can state that 3 are backordered. The recipient can then check the delivered quantity without assuming the missing items were lost in transit.

Before you use the result

Quantities describe contents, not payment. Send an invoice separately when you need to request payment or provide tax details.
The document does not create shipping labels, track a parcel, or capture a receiver's signature. Keep the carrier tracking reference in your own records.
For multiple boxes, create a slip for each box or clearly state the scope of a combined slip. Do not make a partial shipment look complete.
