An invoice generator lets you create a professional invoice and download it as a PDF, without an account, a subscription, or your billing details ever leaving your device. You fill in who it is from and to, add line items with quantities and prices, set a tax rate and any notes, and the totals calculate as you type. When it looks right, the PDF is drawn in your browser and downloaded - ready to email to a client. Most 'free' invoice tools online are really sign-up funnels that store your client list and your amounts on their servers; this one is the opposite. Everything happens in this tab, so the names, addresses and figures on your invoices stay entirely yours, which for freelancers and small businesses handling other people's money is exactly the right default.
Using Invoice Generator

- Add a line for each item or service, with a quantity and a price; the amount and running totals update instantly.

- It creates the invoice document; it does not send it, track whether it was paid, or store a copy - that is by design, since storing would mean uploading. Keep your own copy of the downloaded PDF.
- Tax is a single rate applied to the subtotal. Multiple tax bands or compound taxes need to be handled outside the tool.
- There is no account, so nothing is remembered between visits. Each invoice is created fresh, which is the trade-off for keeping your data off any server.
Questions about Invoice Generator
Is it really free with no account?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no paywall. The invoice is built entirely in your browser and downloaded, so there is nothing to charge for and no data to collect.
Where are my client details stored?
Nowhere but your own device. The tool has no server to send them to, which is the whole point - billing data is sensitive and stays with you.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Choose a PNG or JPEG in Business logo (optional). The image is embedded locally in the PDF; it is not uploaded. Open the downloaded file to check the logo, because an invalid image may be omitted.
Does it send the invoice or track payment?
No. It generates the PDF for you to send yourself. Sending and payment-tracking would require an account and a server, which this deliberately avoids.
