A PDF organizer is useful when the required result cannot be described by one isolated command. A scan may be backwards, an appendix may be in the middle, one page may need repeating, a blank separator may be needed, or a JPG/PNG image may need inserting before the signature page. This workspace shows the document as page thumbnails so those decisions are visible before a new PDF is built. Add pages to a PDF, insert images into a PDF, merge PDFs and images, reorder pages, rotate sideways scans, duplicate a page, or delete the sheets you do not want. Each item becomes a page in one ordered workspace, and all processing remains inside the browser tab.
What happens to the PDF
- Add one or more PDFs, JPG files or PNG files. PDF pages are rendered as lightweight local thumbnails; images become single PDF pages without contacting an upload service.
- Insert more PDF pages or photos at any time. New files join the end of the workspace, then you can move them into the exact position you need.
- Drag thumbnails into the required order on desktop. On any device, select pages and use the toolbar or arrow controls to rotate, duplicate, delete or move them. Reverse all handles a backwards scan in one action.
- Insert a blank A4 page when a separator, note sheet or printing break is required.
- Build the result only after the visible sequence is correct. The browser copies the selected source pages into one new PDF and offers it as a local download.

Check before relying on the PDF
- Dragging is a convenience on pointer devices; selection and toolbar actions remain available on touch screens and keyboards.
- Copying pages into a new document invalidates digital signatures and can flatten fillable fields. Keep the signed or interactive original.
- Thumbnails are previews rather than full-resolution exports. The original vector page content is copied into the output rather than replaced by the thumbnail.
- Very large documents require more memory because source PDFs and previews are held by the current tab. Work in batches if the browser becomes constrained.
- Deleting a page removes it from the result but never modifies the source file on disk.

Can I combine PDFs and pictures in one document?
Yes. Add PDFs, JPG files and PNG files to the same workspace. Each picture becomes one page that can be positioned among PDF pages.
Can I add pages to an existing PDF?
Yes. Add the existing PDF first, then add another PDF, JPG or PNG. Move the new pages into place and download a rebuilt PDF.
Does organizing turn every page into an image?
No. Thumbnails are used only for the interface. Original PDF pages are copied as PDF content, so ordinary text remains selectable.
Can I duplicate several pages at once?
Yes. Select the required thumbnails and choose Duplicate. Each copy is inserted immediately after its original.
